農業用ギアボックスの選択

ベベルギアボックス

従来のウォームギアとは異なり、ベベルギアは複数のシャフトを用いて動力を伝達します。ベベルギアには、中空シャフト、突出シャフト、および両延長シャフトの3種類のシャフトがあります。中空シャフトに加えて、ベベルギアは入力軸の反対側に追加のシャフトを取り付けることができます。ベベルギアは、標準マウント、アルミニウムハウジング、および両延長シャフト、中空シャフト、突出シャフトの3種類のシャフトタイプで提供されています。
農業用ベベルギアボックスは、一般的にはクローズドグレイン鋳鉄製ですが、大型モデルはSG 500/7材を使用しています。スクリューはCr-Mo中炭素鋼製で、高い芯強度を維持するために焼入れ・焼戻し処理が施されています。ハウジングにはテーパーローラーベアリングが取り付けられており、大きな軸方向およびラジアル方向の荷重に耐えられるように設計されています。これらのギアボックスは、混合、分配、洗浄機械にも広く使用されています。
農業機械用ベベルギアボックスは、主に農業機械に使用されます。農業機械はトルク伝達にPTOを使用することが多いですが、PTOは低速域でしかトルクを伝達できません。そのため、ギアボックスは低速域で高トルクが必要な用途に使用されます。土壌処理や作物処理は、これらのギアボックスの一般的な用途です。また、セメントミキサーにも役立ちます。
表面仕上げ
エンジニアリングされたギアボックスにおいて、スムーズな動作にはギア歯面の表面仕上げが非常に重要です。ギア歯面を顕微鏡で観察すると、微細で一方向の模様が明らかになります。従来、ホブシェービング、ギア研削、ホーニング加工などの仕上げ方法が用いられてきました。これらの技術は全体的な仕上げを向上させることができますが、欠点も存在します。これらの問題を克服するために、メーカーは最新の工作機械技術を活用しています。
農業用ギアボックスには、鋳造欠陥や機械的損傷があってはなりません。加工面は完全な状態でなければならず、軸穴の楕円度は0.02mm以下、軸穴の中心線粗さは0.015mm未満でなければなりません。軸と軸受ハウジングの相対位置は0.6mm以内でなければなりません。これらの基準は、農業機械用ギアボックスの動作にとって非常に重要です。
以前のギアはH11およびH13工具鋼で作られていましたが、20段を超えると徐々に強度が低下しました。焼き戻し温度は、使用する鋼材に応じて5～7℃（華氏10度）です。この問題に対処するために、Alloy 718が開発されました。この合金は金型インサートの寿命を延ばし、全体的なコストを削減しました。さらに、農業用ギアボックスの表面仕上げが向上したことで、お客様の運用コスト削減にも貢献しました。
楕円率
農業用ギアボックスは、ガーデニングから緑地の維持管理まで、様々な作業で必要となります。これらのギアボックスは、入力軸から出力軸へ動力を伝達し、方向、速度、回転を変化させます。農業機械の性能には、高品質のギアボックスが不可欠です。購入前に、どのような作業を行うかを検討してください。また、潤滑油を塗布するかどうかも決めておく必要があります。

素材の品質

ベベルギアボックスは、回転力を車軸に伝達するスパイラルベベルピニオンを備えています。様々な農業用途に使用され、様々な減速比、馬力、構成の製品が揃っています。この直角ギアドライブは、可搬式穀物エレベーターや穀物カートで広く使用されています。シャフト径は15mmで、オフセットロータリーフィラーや中空出力シャフトと互換性があります。
トラクターのギアボックスは通常、ねずみ鋳鉄で作られています。ねずみ鋳鉄は耐摩耗性と振動減衰性に優れているため、この部品に最適です。ベルトプーリーもねずみ鋳鉄で作られています。大型のベルトプーリーは鋳造工程で製造されます。同様に、ブレーキドラムの材質も高品質でなければ効果を発揮しません。一般的には、ASTM A48クラス35のねずみ鋳鉄が使用されています。
