We have appointed as the exclusive distributors for JJMEC Enterprise Co. Ltd of China for their range of Agricultural gearboxes and series of Bevel/ helical Gear/ Gear Assemblies.
JJMEC has already passed ISO9001 Quality system and second degree safety quality standardization for machinery manufacturing industry. The core parts of gearboxes are all produced by JJMEC. During the process the plant extensively adopts numerical manufacturing & inspection equipment. JJMEC owns Japanese & German Machining Center, German CMM, German IPSON heat treatment line, German double-blade milling machine and tapered spline machining tools. It was the first to adopt laser techniques in ring gear machining, and its technical skills of control heat treatment deformation is second to none
Their key customers include- John Deere, Usa – GKN, German -Comer/ Maschio/GB, Italy. JJMEC’s annual production is 10,000 sets of mechanical gearboxes, 12,000 sets of Planetary gearboxes, 200,000 pieces of various small machinery gearboxes and 180,000 pieces of agricultural machinery gears which are regularly exported to Europe/USA.
