Q1. What are the terms of payment?
A: We accept 30 % down payment and 70 % balance. We also accept photocopies of B/l or L/C at sight, Western Union, Visa, PayPal.
Q2. What is the normal delivery time for regular product orders?
A: The average preparation time for the prototype of the conventional product/first item is 1-2 weeks, the preparation time for the production tool is 10 days if tools are involved, and the average production time for sample approval is 2-3 weeks.

A1: If necessary, we will provide pre-production samples to all customers before mass production.

A: Yes, we mainly use the IATF 16949 standard to define the quality and tolerances of rubber materials such as iso3302, ISO 2768, etc..
Q9: Can you provide materials in different colors?
A: Yes, we can make custom-made rubber and silicone products in different colors. We need to use color code when ordering.
Q10: What materials do you have available for production?

A: AIKT rubber has internal mold processing capabilities; We have our own material testing laboratory; We have a cold chamber for storing elastomers to prolong the life of our products.
Q12: What is the life expectancy of rubber seals?
A: Product life depends on many factors, including environment, cycle, pressure, etc.. Under various operating conditions, Mahua Rubber can not predict the sealing life. The life test can be performed by the customer to determine the life expectancy, but it must be performed in a dynamic application.
Q13: Does AIKT Rubber provide for the maintenance of its overalls?
A: AIKT maintains all tools and will replace them as required.
