ZDY/ ZLY / ZSY/ ZFY cylindrical gear reducer
ZY series cylindrical gear reducers are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields.
Modelo: ZDY single-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZLY two-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZSY three-stage cylindrical gear reducer, ZFY four-stage cylindrical gear reducer.
Characteristic:
1. Are gears made of high-strength low-carbon alloy by carburizing and quenching? The hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC 58-62. Gears are all grinded with high precision and good contact.
2. The transmission efficiency is high: the single maximum is more than 96.5%, the double stage is more than 93%, and the third stage is more than 90%.
3. Smooth operation and low noise;
4. Small size, light weight, long service life, high bearing capacity;
5. Easy to disassemble and install.
Scope of application:
Speed of high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm; circumferential speed of gear drive is not more than 20 m/s; working environment temperature is – 40-45 C, if it is lower than 0 C, lubricant should be preheated to above 0 C before starting. This reducer can be used in both positive and negative directions.
