Ceramizer® for Agricultural Machine Manual Gearboxes and Rear Axles.
Principal benefits of application of Ceramizer® product:
- Ceramizer® regenerates gearbox surfaces which are subjected to in-use friction (no need to disassemble the gearbox).
- Ceramizer® is easy to use – just add it to the oil.
- Reduces gearbox vibration and noise. It also eliminates gear shift grinding.
- Ensures smooth gearbox operation.
- Helps to avoid the need for expensive repairs and costly gearbox overhauls.
- Improves the strength of gearbox surfaces which are subjected to friction by up to 8 times.
- Protects rear axle and gearbox surfaces which are subjected to friction for a minimum of 1650 working hours of agricultural machine.
- Creates protective, ceramic-metal coating throughout the gearbox working components, which enables it to operate even in case of critical oil leakage (for up to 8 hours).
- Protects the gearbox against corrosion and degenerative chemicals (important in case of poor quality oil).
- Stops and prevents gearbox pitting.
Cost of regeneration of gearbox with the use Ceramizer® is many times lower than in case of disassembly and overhaul of the unit.
