1.Bearing Specifications :
This bearing is a special model of spherical roller bearings which are used for SAUER-DANFOSS reducer. These reducers are always used for concrete mixer trucks.
Mixer truck bearings which are the special application bearings for the mixer trucks, the most feature of those mixer truck bearings is their special raw materials. The hardness of bearing steel which is produced for mixer truck bearings is much higher than normal bearings.
2.Application of Bearing :
Spherical roller bearings are capable of withstanding the most arduous environments and operating conditions. Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning in the outer ring based upon the curvature of the raceway and rolling element.With the spherical roller bearings’ self-aligning characteristics, deviations in shaft misalignment can be accepted more easily. Low to medium speed applications are optimal when integrating the spherical roller bearing into your product solution.
3.Ruben Bearing Features :
The application of self-aligning bearings is gradually increasing, especially in long-life bearings under high temperature environment. For different application environments, NTN engineers developed STJ2 steel, which can extend service life in a wide temperature range from room temperature to 250 C. This steel is the standard material for LH series auto-aligning roller bearings. The characteristics of this bearing are as follows (compared with SUJ 2). The service life of long-life bearings with large temperature range is 3.5 times of that of ordinary materials at room temperature, 30 times of that of ordinary materials at high temperature (250 C), which can prevent surface damage, 7 times of anti-spalling ability, 1.4 times of anti-scratch ability, 2.5 times of anti-wear ability and dimensional stability at high temperature. There is almost no change in size at 250 C. The strength of crack fatigue is strengthened, and the anti-crack fatigue life is increased by 2 times under the condition of high temperature and tight cooperation. Increase the anti-cracking fatigue strength twice, simplify the parts storage management procedures, from room temperature to 250 C can use a single standard bearing model, automatic self-aligning roller bearings will gradually be transformed into "LH series".

A: MOQ is 10pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.
