2. Processus de fabrication<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tout d'abord, nous disposons de notre propre centre d'usinage num\u00e9rique de haute pr\u00e9cision pour la fabrication de moules dans un atelier sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Nos excellents moules permettent d'obtenir des produits d'une belle apparence et aux dimensions pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n

Dans un second temps, nous utilisons un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de sablage pour \u00e9liminer l'oxydation superficielle et obtenir une surface brillante, propre, uniforme et esth\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n

Le troisi\u00e8me point concerne le traitement thermique\u00a0: nous utilisons le four de traitement thermique automatique \u00e0 atmosph\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

3. Contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 est rigoureusement appliqu\u00e9, depuis l'achat des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res en entrep\u00f4t jusqu'aux diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d'usinage et \u00e0 l'emballage final. Inspection 100% en cours de production.<\/p>\n
