Vertical Planetary Reduction Gearbox is a new type vertical planetary reduction gearbox self-developed by our company. With its characteristics of big torque, low noise, high efficiency, stable transmission and long service life, it can be used in various of agitator power transmission machinery.
This series gearbox has already achieved national patent.

Heat Treatment
the advanced Ipson heat treatment multi-furnace is used here. For carbonization process, we adopt patent technology from IPSON which is called “super carbonization” process. It can complete carbonize, general permeation together with carbon and nitrogen, lucencyquenching, cleaning, tempering and etc. It’s specialized in high permeating speed, atmosphere adjustment, which guarantee quality of the products.
The company possesses first-class test equipments and has
completed testing system which includes fine test room, CMM room, metallographic room and gear testing centers. These equipments ensure:
perfect capability of testing cylindrical straight gear, cylindrical helical gear and straight bevel gear;good ability of testing precision components and cutting-tools (Zeiss all purpose microscope); perfect capability of testing casting internal space (Zeiss G2 10166 Coordinate Measuring Machine); perfect capability of testing hot-treatment (HR, brinellhardness, MHV, metallographic structure); high precision of on-line test capability of machining (0.001 mm pneumatic measuring apparatus ); perfect gearbox running test capability which can 100% test the gearbox.
