DBY DBZ CONICAL CYLINDRICAL GEARBOXFEATURES:

● High load-bearing capacity: The load-bearing capacity of hard tooth surface gear processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding is 46 times higher than that of soft tooth surface treated by quenching and tempering, and 23 times higher than that of medium and hard tooth surface.

● Low noise: Because of the high accuracy of processing and installation, the noise is lower than 85dB (A).

●Small size: Because the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged vertically, the area occupied by the driving station of the parallel axis cylindrical gear reducer is reduced by more than 50% compared with that of the driving station of the parallel axis cylindrical gear reducer.

● Light weight: When the bearing capacity is the same, the weight of hard gear reducer is 50.60% lower than that of ZQ soft gear reducer.

●Efficiency and energy saving: The overall efficiency of each gear stage is 0.98, while the ZQ type is 0.97.

●Long service life: The average service life of the reducer is not less than ten years, double that of ZQ type. It can save a lot of money and raw materials, and has remarkable economic benefits.
