Description du produit
Gear reduction boxes are used to transfer rotation and torque from motor to working machine.Most reduction gear boxes are used to decrease speed by gears in the gear box .
Reduction gear box is much widely used in mordern machinery systems,since it’s ratio can be up to 1:100 easily ,which is much bigger than all gears box , and it’s demision is much smaller than all gears when ratio is same.
Design characteristics:
1:Use low-carbon cast iron cementation processing completely.
2:The gear and the gear shft precision is high.
3:The volume small,but the torque is big.
Maintence:
After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear uint with suitable detergents.
Pls do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
pls check the oil level in regular time.
Storage:
1:Pls do not store in outdoor.
2:Pls put cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the bevel gearbox for agricultural machinery cannot directly touch the floor.

1. Quand puis-je obtenir le devis ?
We usually quoted within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we can regard your inquiry priority.
2.How should I place an order?
Please let us know the model number based on our specs for powder clutch, powder brake, air clutch, air brake, electromagnetic clutch, electromagnetic brake and safety chucks, other transmisson parts.
For air shafts,air adapterplease show us your drawing, or let us know your request, and then we will provide you drawingfor confirmation.
3.What’s your MOQ basis?
Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the customized mini clutches/brakes.
4.What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller,which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shafts which need about 15-30days.
5.What is the term of shipment?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
