CHENTAowns a completed production line from the component machining and the gearbox assembly to the inspection and test. All products are under strict quality control before packing and shipping.

ODM:
CHENTAis specialized in gearbox customization including housing and gearing design with client specifications. We can provide 2D or 3D drawing during the design phase and various testing during product verification as the followings:
1. Development testing: Commonly conducted on materials and gear modules, this is useful for determining the feasibility of the design.
2. Prototype testing: Prototype will be used to provide testing ground with same dimensions and functionalities as the final product.
3. Proof testing: The prototype will be tested to failure to identify potential warranty issues and costs.
4. Acceptance testing: Depending on the criticality of failures, tests may be conducted on initial production units and/or AQL sampling, or every single unit produced.
