T Series Spiral Bevel Gear Steering Device
1.T series spiral bevel redirecor with various types are standardized,all ratios 1:1 1.5:1 2:1 2.5:1 3:1 4:1 and 5:1 are actual ones.Average efficiency is 98%.
2.There are one input shaft,two input shafts,unilateral output shaft and double side output shaft.
3.Spiral bevel gear can rotate in both directions and transmit smoothly, low noisemlight vibration, high performance.
4.If ratio is not 1:1,if input speed on single-extendalbe shaft,output speed will be reduced;
if input speed on double- extendable shaft output speed will be reduced.
Spiral bevel gear commutator product features:
● Shell: Cast by high-steel FC-25 cast iron;
● Gear: It is made of high-quality and high-purity alloy steel 50CrMnT quenched and tempered by carburizing, quenching and grinding.
● Spindle: High quality and high purity alloy steel 40Cr quenching and tempering processing, with high suspension load capacity.
●Bearings: Roller taper bearings with heavy load capacity;
● Oil Seal: Imported double lip oil seal, with a very high dust and oil leakage prevention capacity.
