We offer our clients with the pinion stand gearbox which is a two stage reduction unit having helical gears fitted in robust mild steel fabricated body. The drive to the rolls is given through a combination of heavy duty gear box, pinion stand and universal coupling spindle assembly. We have gained considerable expertise in the design and manufacturing of Helical Gear Boxes meant for use in Rolling Mill industry. We have manufactured and also successfully repaired many Gear Boxes which were not operating properly. We make single helical as well as double helical Gears with hardened and tempered Pinions and Gear as and where required. We take into consideration the required safety factor including shock loading which is frequently encountered in Rolling Mills. |
