2. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Ja, wir können Gussteile nach Ihrer Zeichnung, 2D-Zeichnung oder Ihrem 3D-CAD-Modell herstellen. Mit einem 3D-CAD-Modell können wir die Werkzeugentwicklung effizienter gestalten. Aber auch ohne 3D-Modell können wir anhand einer 2D-Zeichnung Muster zur Freigabe anfertigen.
3.How can I get some samples?
Falls gewünscht, stellen wir Ihnen gerne kostenlos Muster zur Verfügung. Neukunden müssen jedoch die Kurierkosten tragen, die mit der Zahlung für die formelle Bestellung verrechnet werden.
4.Can you make casting based on our samples?
Ja, wir können anhand Ihrer Muster Messungen vornehmen, um Zeichnungen für die Werkzeugherstellung anzufertigen.
5.What's your quality control device in house?
Wir verfügen über ein Spektrometer im Haus zur Überwachung der chemischen Eigenschaften, eine Zugprüfmaschine zur Kontrolle der mechanischen Eigenschaften und UT Sonic als zerstörungsfreie Prüfmethode zur Kontrolle des Gussmaterials und zur Erkennung von Fehlern unter der Oberfläche.
