Gearbox coding
1st 3 letters: SMR
Fourth letter, unit size: BCD EFG HJ
Fifth and sixth digits, ratio code: 05 13 20
Seventh digit. signifies assembly: O shaft mounted speed reducer 2 flange mount
Eighth digit: indicates output hub bore essential: one normal metric bore. two alternative metric bore.

It backstop are necessary, these needs to be purchase individually. and will have to specify the output hub rotation. E.g.: SMR-E2001 total with backstop. inside the input shaft side, the output hub’s rotation is in clockwise.

Backstops
A backstop could be integrated on applications where it is actually required to avert reversal of rotation. it is rapidly set up in the reducer, by basically removing a cover plate
Note: For ratio 5: 1 gear box, backstop do not suggested.
Flange mounting
SMR situation design is such that the reducer can be bolted direct to supporting framework. this flange mounting utilization of the reducer might permit designers to omit a bearing or pillow block, but it does. of course. eradicate the easy belt adjustment characteristic characteristic of shaft mount.
Note: Common SMR gearbox don’t drill mount screws. when customer want these kinds mount, please specify in the order.
